We had a wonderful two-night stay. the staff here were super helpful and fantastic. the room was quite spacious and had twin beds, which was great. It's a bit of a distance from the airport—about 30 km away—but it was worth it! 😊.

I had a great experience at Hotel Colonial in Puebla. The staff I encountered were hard-working and competent, which made my stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was neat and airy, featuring comfortable twin beds. I really appreciated the extras provided, such as a private safe, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card for added convenience. it was a lovely place to stay!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this quirky hotel. I were offered double room complete with a window facing the church, french balconies, for example. This location was excellent and incredible, just next door to a very nice square, a pedestrian walkway which cuts down on street noise, and the Zocalo and the other historic areas of the city...

Hotel Colonial is a traditional hotel located in an intriguing area, just a short walk from the vibrant Centro, the beautiful square, and excellent dining options. Its central location makes it convenient, and it's only a pleasant stroll away from the Oh Canada eh Dinner show.

As backpackers, we loved the budget-friendly price for a room with twin beds. The variety of rooms allowed us to choose based on our preferences, with Room 302 offering a peaceful ambiance and a great view, while Room 314 had plenty of natural light and a lively street view. The accommodation, though simple, was cozy and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the terrace on the third floor, which had comfy seating and a large table. The reliable and strong Wi-Fi was a major plus. Plus, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging for an early morning taxi. And for avid photographers, the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning.

Felt right at home, as if nothing was too much trouble.
